We are looking for 2 full year employees. The roles will change from the summer to school year, so please read the job descriptions thoroughly.

Please note that the expectations for these positions include part time work during the school year (8-10 Hours a week) and being present FULL TIME in the summer months working & living AT CAMP KATERI as an assistant director. 

 

School year dates: Present to May 14th

Summer Dates: May 16th - August 1st

School year part time work schedule will resume: August 2nd

Summer Months

In the summer, applicants will be hired full time as Assistant Directors for summer programming. Applicants will assist the Camp Director in leading the missionaries hired for the summer. Applicants will be in charge of the men and women's community in aspects of leadership, communication, support, and friendship. There is also space for ownership in running programming, taking on responsibility in administrative roles, and public relations.

School Year

Program Manager: 

• The program manager will divide responsibility for rental retreats

• ​Collaboration in retreat programming and Camp improvements
• Dividing administrative responsibilities of Director. 

  • Ability to be fully in charge of rental retreats

  • Promotion of Camp to schools and parishes

  • Application/hiring assistance

  • Recruitment of Missionaries, Campers, & Counselors

Communications Coordinator:

• Focuses on Marketing and Media during the year

• Assists with registrations, emails, alumni/public relations newsletters ect.

• Collaboration with improving the retreats and feedback for existing programming and how we can improve it all. 

  • Ability to be fully in charge of rental retreats

  • Promotion of Camp to schools and parishes

  • Application/hiring assistance

  • Recruitment of Missionaries, Campers, & Counselors
